The system handles electronic attachments - saving overnight fees for lenders, storage fees for HUD, and the disposition of the claim is displayed for the lenders where there was no clear status before. This system has reduced the processing time from 17+ months to 17 minutes, was expected to save millions of dollars for lenders and taxpayers and has enabled COVID-19 friendly services. Based on this work and being the only team who successfully delivered a Minimum Viable Product under a Proof of Concept trial, Pyramid was awarded an historic $42 million dollar contract for more refactoring and support services. • Requested by name to develop a program for one of the company's largest accounts, in order to address a client satisfaction issue on several projects• Achieved a trusted relationship across all military services and consolidated approximately 40% of core services into one joint shared services network. Using value engineering, the team maximized power, space and achieved significant cost savings.
