I have worked for Wells Fargo for 11 years. I started my career with Wells Fargo in September 2011 as a Teller at a Milwaukee-area branch. I held a few different positions in Branch Banking and then moved into Learning and Development (L&D) in 2014. In L&D, I facilitated new hire training to Branch Banking employees and worked with Instructional Designers to improve the quality of written training content. In 2018, I transitioned to Employee Relations, Risk and Regulatory Governance and accepted a position on the HR Governance Monitoring Team.I thrive on improving performance one person at a time by recognizing each person has a unique style of learning. I am a teacher at heart. I am energized by another person's growth. More importantly, the process of enabling an individual's learning and growth is the part I find most intriguing.I excel in creating and generating ideas. I produce my strongest creative solutions when I have time to process, observe, ask questions, and think things through.I'm an advocate of explaining the "why" behind a process or concept. People often come to me when they want someone to explain why things are playing out the way they are.Professional summary: • 7+ years of branch operations experience, including strong risk management.• 8+ years in Learning and Development (L&D) and human resources (HR) with experience in training delivery, facilitation, project management, implementation, and strategic planning.• 8+ years leading leading cross-LOB initiatives in a matrixed environment, partnering and consulting with various business partners and leaders at multiple levels of the organization on change initiatives, process improvement, and people development. • Formally recognized for my high attention to detail, project leadership, actionable feedback, and collaborations with various HR professionals to enhance learning initiatives and programs, ranging from job-specific skills to leadership and professional development.• Applies analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills to successfully lead and manage projects with desirable outcomes. • Builds trusting relationships and meets tight deadlines by using conflict resolutions skills to influence, persuade, and collaborate at all levels.• Proficient in creating branded communications and trainings, using all Microsoft Office applications. Branch Operations Associate ManagerWells Fargo Apr 2013 - Sep 2014Greater Milwaukee AreaI built an engaged teller team with consistent growth and development through effective interviewing, supervising, daily coaching, and scheduled 1x1s. Wells Fargo's success depends on how much we care for each other, our customers, our communities, and our stockholders. As a Branch Operations Associate Manager, I helped deliver the best experience for our customers by taking the time to listen to the needs of the people I served (customers and colleagues), finding options that are easier and better for them, keeping my promises, and using our Expectations and Values as a guide for complex decisions. Everything we do is built on trust. It's impossible to create lifelong relationships with our customers if they don't trust us. When our customers work with tellers, they expect them to complete transactions accurately and promptly. Therefore, I worked with my team to support and drive a culture where everyone felt accountable for managing risk, preventing losses, and doing what's right for the customer. -
