Current- Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including analytics, asset creation, and scheduling in Salesforce Marketing Cloud- Optimize performance to hit inquiry goals- Gather, organize, and analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders- Track key metrics, A/B testing results, and revenue vs. forecasts to guide strategic adjustments- Conduct pre-launch testing in Litmus, ensuring campaign accuracy- Manage legal review of assets and maintain SMS compliance- Drive SMS strategy focused on acquisition and revenue growth- Implement automated, segmented email campaigns to boost engagement and network expansion- Oversee campaign production, working closely with creative and legal teams- Participate in integrated campaigns and manage subscription service renewals- Track project status and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation- Provide regular reporting and analysis to support team planning- Assist in content coordination and brand development- Leverage database insights to optimize segmentation and grow the contact base
