My current role is Sustainability Director for our Adhesives Packaging Business, covering the US, Canada, and Mexico. Current focus is on connecting with Brands, Retailers, and Converters to engage Henkel’s Global Industry leading Sustainability and R&D teams to meet our industry need to enable recyclability of our many packaging challenges. This is done by designing products and process’ that are compatible with recycle streams and enable separation, when called upon, thus creating increased value for their recyclables and driving circularity.I have spent the past 33 years in many segments of the Industrial Adhesives industry and have gained practical application, formulation, business management, and market knowledge in almost every paper and plastic converting environment. I am energized by the current focus on creating a “cleaner” planet and making a difference for future generations. My ambition is to identify and develop cost effective solutions to current and future needs for our customers and partners that will drive a Circular Economy.
