EmpreSomos -- a pioneering initiative under the Global Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Business Development (Global AEBD), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN #26-4139772) – is at the forefront of fostering entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship across Central America. Our mission is to unlock Central America's potential for innovation and creation, both in independent ventures and within conventional and social enterprises. EmpreSomos host a digital platform -- at empresomos.org -- that (1) Offers online educational resources and training tools tailored for traditional and social entrepreneurs, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and intrapreneurs; and (2) delivers valuable content to civil society organizations in Central America that support entrepreneurial growth within the region.

The Handbook of Latin American Studies (HLAS) is an annotated bibliography on Latin America, curated by experts and published by the Library of Congress's Hispanic Division. It covers a range of subjects, switching each year between social sciences and humanities. Annually, over 130 scholars globally select upwards of 5,000 publications to feature. Since its inception in 1935 by Harvard University Press, it has become a crucial resource for those studying Latin America. HLAS Online updates monthly, offering extensive and prompt access to both upcoming and past editions of the Handbook.
