Acting as an Xbox Sales Specialist it was my job to sell the range of Xbox advertising solutions available and to evangelise the Xbox advertising story, primarily in the media agency environment. I started as a Call Centre Advisor, selling debt management programmes while acting as an advisor to potential clients in financial difficulties. It was essential to quickly build a good rapport with clients and to adapt to each different individual. The job role was highly target driven; a key aspect of the job was hitting a set number of sales per day in order to be successful in the role.After 6 weeks in the role I was promoted to become a Team Leader, where I was responsible for managing a team of 4 people.
