As the CEO of Gujarat Craft Industries Limited (BSE:GUJCRAFT), a manufacturer of polyolefin products with market presence in over 40 countries, I have been driving the company's growth and innovation for over a decade. I have successfully expanded our customer base, diversified our product portfolio, and improved our operational efficiency and quality standards. I have also leveraged my analytical skills to optimize our supply chain, reduce our carbon footprint, and increase our profitability.In addition, I am the Business Head of Shruti Sushma, a high jewelry brand that has received global recognition for its exquisite designs and craftsmanship. My passion for colored gems and jewelry led me to pursue a Diploma in Colored Gems from Gübelin Academy, Switzerland, which complements my executive education from Columbia Business School and IIM Ahmedabad. I am an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and an International Alumni Ambassador for Purdue University, where I graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
