As a Service Desk Apprentice at Purple Matrix Ltd, I assist in providing IT support and troubleshooting services to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various systems. My role involves responding to service requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of all activities. I also help manage software and hardware configurations, ensuring users have the resources they need to operate effectively.I graduated with a 2.1 BSc in Sport Exercise Science from Coventry University in 2022, where I gained a solid foundation in the scientific principles and practical applications of sport, exercise, and fitness. I developed skills in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, psychology, and research methods, and completed a dissertation on the effects of exercise on mental health. I also have an Extended Diploma in Sports and Exercise from West London College, and multiple GCSEs from Evelyn Grace Academy.Prior to joining Purple Matrix Ltd, I worked as an Occupational Health Technician at Optima Health, where I supported the delivery of occupational health and wellness services. My duties included conducting health assessments, screenings, and providing health and safety guidance, along with maintaining accurate records using various IT systems. I also have two years of experience as a Deputy Manager at Aldi UK, where I demonstrated excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. I handled various tasks such as cashiering, stocking, inventory, and ensured customer satisfaction and loyalty. I am a motivated and enthusiastic professional, eager to develop my technical expertise in IT while continuing to apply my diverse skill set. With experience in customer service, IT support, and team management, I am adaptable to different environments and thrive on solving challenges. I am looking forward to growing in my career as part of the Purple Matrix team.
