I've been in this company for more than a decade now. I started with the Collections and Remedial Department as a Collection Assistant for both Inbound and Outbound Units. I basically handled past due / delinquent account of clients - assisting them on their inquiries, complaints, account reconciliations, and collection efforts as well. I am currently assigned at the branch wherein I am primarily handling loan transactions such as loan inquiries, applications, bookings, after-sales concerns and other administrative tasks.Generally, the expertise that I have gained in working in this company are communication and interpersonal skills, appropriate client interaction, handling customer complaints and administrative functions. Ultimately, working in a bank, especially in a branch level, it entails one's trustworthiness and integrity.

I started in this company as an Executive Assistant to the President in which I was tasked to provide administrative support to the President. This includes but not limited to handling of inter-department/office correspondences, processing of permits and licenses, scheduling appointments and preparation of minutes of various meetings. Eventually, I was appointed to handle the Human Resource Department wherein I oversee the various functions related to Employee Management such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Grievances.
