Responsibility: Responsible for the elaboration of the corporate strategy, agricultural production, commercialization of grains, seed business, silo business, oil plant, purchases and supply. Focused on efficient customer service (internal and external), ensuring compliance with guidelines and strategies defined by the board of directors via sales growth and new business, customer and supplier development. cost optimization, search for continuous efficiencies, and ensuring the EBITDA and profitability of the organization.Achievements and functions: Cost optimization of agricultural inputs, livestock, fuel and spare parts. Generation of 25% savings vs. LY (negotiations greater than USD 25 million/year) Lead sales negotiations for grains such as soybeans, corn, sorghum; +15% in revenue vs LY (sales greater than USD 70 million/year) Negotiation for the opening of new markets (grain export), feasibility analysis for the acquisition of new lands or properties and diversification of products and services marketed (including maquilas) Direct and supervise the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards. This includes supply chain management, production, logistics, and inventory management. Lead and manage the strategic and operational consulting project with a multinational consulting firm and definition of the ERP management and control change for the group. Development and implementation of management indicators for agricultural and livestock operations, aerial spraying, sales, purchases and logistics.
