As the Assistant Director of Production, I oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of various projects, including but not limited to production planning, instrument manufacturing, inventory management, trade show management. I collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services, while maintaining the highest standards of excellence and innovation. I also oversee the vendor relations and negotiations, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of the materials and supplies. Additionally, I leverage my music background and skills to provide technical support and guidance to customers, dealers, and endorsers, resolving any issues and enhancing their loyalty and trust.
