Assisting with junior high and elementary school English teaching, with a focus on communicative activities. From April 2016 till April 2018 I was also one of the Prefectural Advisors. This involves resolving conflicts between ALTs and their employers, helping organize events like Orientation or the Skills Development Conference, and helping distribute information to ALTs.

Talking about my experiences as a young gay person, in a variety of venues in the context of workshops designed to help educate various institutions about LGBTIQ discrimination. Outside of the talk, I would also assist the main workshop co-ordinators with the various activities they would run, often serving to help demonstrate things, or to guide participants through the activities.
