Another 'from-the-ground-up' project. Exploring horizontal needs across individual Network Services and developing proposals for opportunities to align at all levels - business, product and engineering - to amplify the strength of ALL services holistically. With customer always at the forefront, answering the question: How can PlayStation Network be my go-to for entertainment, not just games?

• Successfully launched new PlayStation Music service, fully integrated with Spotify on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Xperia devices. Specifically focused on sign up, sign in and purchase flows on all devices. • Launch of a new service meant sunsetting the existing service. I created and managed the plan to maximize transition of existing customer to the new service. • Responsible for user acquisition and retention for Music Unlimited: a multi-platform, global, on-demand streaming music service. Includes driving roadmap prioritization and feature development• Coordinate with cross-platform, globally distributed teams to deliver the best possible user experience• Music: Live it, talk it, read, listen and dance to it!

Second official product manager hire, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Support. Learned how to operate effectively and efficiently in a small, bootstrapped organization where Product Managers wear ALL the hats - design, project manager, researcher, QA...Biggest win was leading the first international expansion of the site (www.rocketlawyer.co.uk). I worked with on- and off-site design and development roles to build, from scratch, a new (at the time) disruptive design and build concept called - The Design Sprint - introduced and taught to us by Google Ventures group. Through rapid prototyping and a "concept car" model, we built and launched an MVP version the site within 9 months.Other projects included building an internal CMS toolset - including page publishing, document taxonomy creation and management; integrating with Salesforce; and leading Usability Testing from start to finish from script writing, screening participants, to conducting test sessions, and analyzing the results.

My first official 'Product Manager' role. I learned all that I could about everything from cross-team collaboration; requirements writing; User Research; tech analysis; release planning; launching a product, roadmapping and more. I owned the buyer experience - and in particular - the 'event page' where users shop for and select tickets for an event they want to attend. A single redesign project I owned improved conversion over 8%. I also worked closely with SEM and SEO teams to optimize search term indexing; integrated with Facebook; and other quick wins that supported either in delighting the customer or incremental gains toward operational efficiency.

I owned the newly released - and industry first - interactive seat maps. I created a program that grew the seat map inventory from one venue to over 1,000. I generated a roadmap, established processes and hired a team of 3 designers and 3 venue managers to translate sports, music and theater venues from static images to Flash/HTML5 based interactive assets.
