• The main focus of my role when I joined the company was to implement a process that could be managed in a controlled way to release new services, existing services enhancements and existing services incident fixes to.
• Two week sprint patch cycles were set up for each affiliate/customer
• Weekly meetings held to agree the content of each sprint
• Manage sprint deployments, dependencies and incidents/bug fixes
• Ensuring that prior to implementation, effective integration testing, UAT and regression testing have been followed to ensure that all applications changes delivered can co-exist on the desktop/server without causing.
• The necessary controls, processes and planning were in place and adhered to, in order to protect the production infrastructure systems. These processes are in line with our standard SLAs/OLAs and KPIs.Process.
