Coordination of the category team in each of the countries (Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Venezuela). 3. Planning and implementation of strategies related to the supply to different headquarters, commercial, marketing, and purchasing departments. 4. Planning and implementation of pricing strategies for different markets, as well as analyzing the behavior of each market. 5. Development, analysis, and monitoring of KPIs, proposing improvements based on results analysis.6. Coordination and organization of new store openings (assortment planning, necessary supplies, supervision of display based on the company's brand).

1. Daily supervision of cyclical inventories of different categories at the Distribution Center and inventory management in stores and other warehouses within the group. 2. Cyclical sampling of outgoing orders from the Distribution Center (Physical count vs Invoice).3. Preparation and analysis of reports (KPIs).
