With a BBA in Accounting and a minor in Sport Management from Loyola University Chicago, I am a fund accountant at Alter Domus, a leading provider of fund and corporate services to alternative investment managers and asset owners.In this role, I support the preparation and review of financial statements, NAV calculations, and reconciliations for various funds, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and industry standards. I also communicate effectively with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders, resolving any issues and providing quality service.Previously, I was a staff accountant at Gem Realty Capital, Inc., a private equity real estate investment firm, where I assisted with the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for multiple properties and funds, as well as the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Before that, I worked as a staff accountant at Neinhouse Media, a digital marketing agency, where I handled the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions, as well as the general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills, as well as a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
