I have gained experience in power systems as a high voltage substations commissioning engineer, and as a power systems studies engineer, position in which I currently work.During the commissioning expirience, I performed activities such as primary equipment testing, interlocks and signals verification from the source to the protection devices and bay controllers, and execution of energization sequences. throughout this process, I took part in at least ten commissioning projects and five substation energizations, which gave me a broad perspective of the substations operation, providing me of bases and the criteria for proposing solutions to the challenges that could emerge during the different analyses and studies that I currently carry out.As a power system studies engineer, I carry out different kind of studies such as power flow, contingency, short ciurcuit, transient stability, connection of new generators to interconnected systems, as well as electromagnetic transient analyses.I am proficient at the simulation software DIgSILENT Power Factory and have intermediate skills in PSCAD. Additionally, I am skilled at the Python programming language, with which I have developed scripts for the automation of tasks in Power Factory and for data analysis. I consider myself as an enthusiast learner, always looking for new challenges, able to work either in a team or independently.
