Zupnick, RCDD has more than 20 years of experience leading the design, and construction administration efforts of projects including voice and data telecommunications networks, WiFi, cabling infrastructure, and physical security systems. Mr. Zupnick has spent his years as a Senior Structured Cabling Consultant with leading Global, and Manhattan engineering firms, and IT consultancies. As an accomplished Engineer, he has been able to demonstrate his proficiency in commercial real estate development processes. His many years of experience in this field have included both the provisioning of engineering services as both an outside Consultant, and as a client-side (internal) engineer providing similar services for all phases of corporate builds. Haskel has had the opportunity to work on a variety of medium to large fit-up and green field construction projects for companies such as Cardinal, Nasdaq, JP Morgan Chase, UBS, Goldman Sachs, Cerberus Capital Management, Montefiore Medical Center, NYU School of Medicine, and 7 World Trade Center. Areas of work have included the design and project management of BICSI & NEC compliant structured Cabling Systems including Horizontal & Vertical Cabling (copper & fiber), IDF/MDF, Data Center, POE/Carrier Entrance facilities, Grounding, Pathways (OSP & ISP), Campus distribution, Trading Floor and Corporate spaces.Services have been provided to a wide array of vertical markets such as Semiconductor Manufacturing, Finance, Educational, Medical & Medical Research, Hospitality, and Residential. He has extensive experience in a team environment working with all disciplines including MEP Engineers, General Contractors, Telecom Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Owner's Reps, Architects, Corporate IT staff, Corporate Real Estate, and Corporate Facilities.
