Accountable for managing a Technology Department staff that maintains over 3000 PC's and Mac's at 10 school locations and 5 offices including 5 servers. Responsibilities include participating on the District Leadership team to confirm that all technology is implemented in an effort to maximize educational effectiveness, meeting with all schools/departments to confirm that their technology expectations are being met, managing a $300,000 technology budget as efficiently as possible, and applying for federal grants (E-Rate) that have increased funding on average of over $500,000 annually in additional funding.
