Responsible for the successful pairing of security related business problems to cyber security solutions provided by Forescout Technologies, Inc. Always working directly with customers to understand and overcome their security related challenges. Continually developing and delivering technical demonstrations which lead to managing proof-of-value (POV) engagements that transition to successful production implementations.

Primary responsibility is global Network Access Control (NAC) which requires a diverse technical and business skill set, applied at varying levels, in order to effectively manage NAC related projects/deployments. The position requires collaboration with Network, Security, Endpoint and Data Center teams, globally and regionally. Architecture, design, engineering, project and operational documentation is always required. Also responsible for VPN infrastructure, GeoDNS & Traffic Management, OpenDNS, Public SSL Certificates Management and similar. Ancillary responsibilities include network administration, network troubleshooting, project management, and ITSM related tasks for the sake of operational efficiency in this diverse enterprise environment.

Responsible for managing both SMB & Enterprise customer accounts regarding solution architectures, technology refresh projects, networking & VOIP implementations, cloud adoption, ITSM documentation and business technology planning. Non-Profit IT – Focused on the business technology needs of non-profit organizations who deal with community matters such as child advocacy & domestic issues. Worked as a technology partner to help guide technology decisions, equipment refresh, network & server implementations, cloud adoption and authoring standard operational processes for each individual company’s maturity level. Assisted with grants, proposals and requests for technology funding. Corporate Accounts – Focused on enterprise endpoint management for up to 20,000 systems in terms of software deployment and compliance for enterprise software, security patch deployments and zero-day protection. Focused on enterprise networking projects including remote access infrastructure upgrades, as well as, IT service management documentation. These opportunities included aspects of project planning and project management including communication, coordination, change control and documentation for Release & Change Management cycles within global organizations with globally focused teams spanning the Americas, EMEA & APAC.
