Carson Fisk is a shareholder in the Austin office of Andrews Myers P.C. whose practice involves a balance of contentious and non-contentious matters. While Mr. Fisk focuses on the representation of general contractors, he also represents owners, developers, and subcontractors, and sureties in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He assists clients in resolving disputes in all forums, including through negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration, and he has experience with the presentation, prosecution, and defense of claims involving procurement matters, payment disputes, termination, defects, delay and acceleration, liens and bonds, administrative actions, and surety claims.
