Responsible for managing information technology programs, budgets and a staff of 9 IT professionals. Projects include large and small ERP Integration projects resulting from acquisitions or business initiatives, Quality System Regulation initiatives, Supply Chain improvement, Financial transition initiatives and other projects that require fast and effective delivery working with business, IT and external partners. Key results include delivery of: • General Accounting and Indirect Procurement Track in Project Uno bringing all of Agilent’s financial processes from Oracle onto the SAP Platform (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Indirect Procurement, Payroll Accounting, Cash and Treasury)• Several small and large acquisition ERP integrations and divestitures including 2 of Agilent’s largest: Stratagene ($500m) and Varian ($1.5b)• Multi-Source Consolidation program utilizing SAP’s Advanced Planning and Optimization solution improving Agilent’s supply chain capabilities, Customer Delivery cycles and increased accuracy on Customer Required Deliver Dates. Project received Agilent’s Unit Innovation Award• QA Complaint Handling solution meeting Med Device FDA compliance requirements for the Genomics Business• Chemical and Biological database to enable permit and substance volume tracking based on SAP’s Environment Health & Safety module• Agilent’s Tax model redesign moving the contract manufacturing model from Switzerland to Singapore• Agilent's first ERP Integrated OnLine Store eCommerce capability laying the foundation for substantial year over year on-line revenue increases • Agilent’s first SAP implementation in the US and in Europe as Finance Team member• LSCA’s Data Center Consolidation program and data center move to Little Falls and subsequently to Palo AltoAll projects utilized a combination of in house business and IT resources and external resource models to deliver results.
