I am currently employed by Express Employment Professionals as a recruitment specialist, using a variety of HR skills and techniques to build applicant pools and execute business strategies.I have an interest in metrics and analytics and utilizing these in a variety of ways, from more effectively recruiting and developing talent to improving workplace efficiency and employee engagement.
