Robert has been responsible for providing strategy and technology planning services for Healthcare and Government clients that are considering next generation analytics, information-exchange, and big data capabilities. In his role at UHG he was responsible for designing solutions for consumer and commercial projects in the big data and machine learning and environments. He has been engaged by national policy and services organizations focused on supporting local, regional and federal information sharing among the justice community. Robert also worked closely with these justice and commerce agency clients in reviewing on-going operations, and determining technologies and solutions to meet next generation system requirements.Robert has 30 years of technology experience, primarily providing leadership consulting to Fortune 100 clients such as 3M, Medtronic, UHG, and Boston Scientific, or to government agencies involved in healthcare, commerce and justice. At KPMG (Bearing Point), his primary focus was also to deliver technology services in the Strategic Services group, as well as provide Enterprise Software Strategy/Selection services. His most R&D focus in technology has been on utilizing machine learning and predictive analytics capabilities to address the ongoing opioid crisis in the health.
