• Maintain system-wide federal and classified data while maintaining Secret Security Clearance• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of aircraft and equipment.• Scheduling and prioritize maintenance, monitor progress of repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all safety and regulatory standards are met.• Work closely with logistics, supply and Quality Assurance to ensure that all necessary parts, tools and equipment are available to complete maintenance.• Document and keep track of the aircraft and equipment and analyze data and make recommendations for improvements to maintainability and reliability.• Responsible for the supervision of maintenance team to ensure that work is done according to technical order and safety standards.• Responsible for scheduling aircraft flights in advance for the week, the month, every quarter, and year.• Responsible for scheduling any maintenance coming due for the aircraft as well as events that may affect flight schedules.• Conduct reoccurring meetings with senior leaderships to create and discuss very detailed flying schedules.• Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems.• Maintain and manage classified data on USG (United States Government) authorized systems, which seamlessly works with together with the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) to uphold numerous data.• Analyzes and present information to help senior leadership assess the health of the overall fleet.• Assist unit leadership with the application and interpretation of maintenance data and discrepancies.• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and procedures.• Support internal and external units in resolving defects by triaging issues, identifying root cause failures and providing solutions to facilitate a fix.• Prepare technical documents including reports, plans/programs, permit applications, and other written deliverables
