In this role my primary objective was shaping and guiding the Audio Test Development team to increase the groups productivity, time-to-market, and profitability. This required cross-functional collaboration with business unit leaders to allocate resources and set project priorities. I was responsible for defining the quarter budgets for hardware development, travel, and training costs as well as monitoring active manufacturing tests costs. I oversaw and streamlined the project management of the test development cycle.

As a Test Engineering Manager my primary responsibilities were developing my team of engineers, improving the software and hardware development process, increasing the group productivity, and managing the quality of our deliverables.

As a Senior Test Development Engineer I was responsible for leading a test development team from product conception to finish. This included developing test plans, designing hardware, developing software to control the hardware and device being tested, performing new silicon evaluation and troubleshooting, and transfer the released package to manufacturing.
