Ryan C. Kelly is a cofounder of the Primacy Strategy Group in addition to serving as the President and CEO. He also serves on the PSG Board of Governors and is the Principal of Synergetic EndeavorsPrimacy Strategy Group is a 50/50 joint-venture between Lockridge Grindal Nauen P.L.L.P. (LGN), a Minnesota-based law firm with state and federal lobbying teams and Synergetic Endeavors, a St. Paul-based consulting firm specializing in grassroots advocacy, public relations, coalition building and association management.Mr. Kelly is a skilled and experienced strategist delivering successful outcomes for clients at the congressional, state and local levels. He has managed legislative efforts on behalf of his clients including multi-state and national lobbying initiatives as well as state-based and national campaigns to recruit and mobilize grassroots and grasstops advocates.Prior to founding Synergetic Endeavors in 2005, he honed his political skills through multiple campaigns, including serving as campaign manager for Randy Kelly, his father, during his successful bid to become Mayor of Saint Paul. Mr. Kelly later served as a key transition advisor and managed the political arm of the elder Kelly’s mayoral administration.Over the past decade, Mr. Kelly has also managed public relations efforts for numerous companies and organizations looking to enhance their strategic communications and message development efforts, including mid-sized businesses, large non-profit organizations, advocacy coalitions, and major national conventions.
