This directly resulted in three promotions.• Enhanced Team Dynamics: To foster a culture of accountability and collaboration across the team, meticulously revamped daily standup meetings, weekly team gatherings, one-on-one sessions, and end-of-day reporting procedures. This transformation yielded improved communication and heightened achievements throughout the team.• Spearheaded the city’s data strategy by chairing the Data Governance Committee, overseeing four working groups, and contributing to key initiatives including a Beacon Data Service for vacant buildings, standards for Data Services and Disaggregated Demographic Data, a matured Data Catalog, a Data Literacy curriculum, and the establishment of a Data Community of Practice.• Oversaw city-wide information platforms: Led the launch of the revamped property information application, using in-house resources and avoiding $250,000 in consultant costs. This solution became a model of success promoted across the state and the subject of two conference presentations.
