Developed and delivered strategic solutions for local YMCAs. Through research, responsible for discovering and analyzing metrics, practices, and characteristics of successful YMCAs, disseminated information using a variety of organizational strategies. Created membership development, member service trainings, and management modules for senior leaders for YMCAs. Created and implemented a national membership training system, Membership University, that supported national membership development initiatives, membership, and member service trainings.
