He retired in 2023 from the YMCA to continue his work as a consultant in the nonprofit sector.A sought-after platform speaker, facilitator, and workshop presenter, he brings excitement and energy to audiences. He has conducted training across the country as well as presented various organizational capacity strategies internationally.Richard received his BA from the University of Toledo and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Springfield (MA) College.
