As Practice Manager, identified and closed consulting engagements in the area of Enterprise Information Architecture, Client/Server Applications, Technology Transfer, and Sybase Education.Top Performer Quota Achievement and nominated for President's Club in 1996, 1997 and 1998.

Responsible for managing the Southeast consulting practice including management of the business development staff, approximately 50 consultants and the administrative staff.

Performed strategic planning, analysis, systems design, and implementation of the Command and Control system for the U.S. Pacific Command. Responsible for the logical and physical database design in Oracle. Evaluated and maintained time-critical software for the TOMAHAWK and Terrier missile systems.Developed and delivered training courses for Weapon Direction Systems; Object Oriented Design & Programming; and Ada, CMS-2M, ULTRA/16, 'C' & COMMON LISP programming languages.
