I am an industrial designer with a solid academic background and professional experience. I began my career at Jordão Cooling Systems, a leading national company in the development and production of commercial refrigeration equipment. For 4 years, I worked in the R&D and Marketing department, playing a significant role in the creation and launch of new and customized products.In May 2015, seeking new challenges, I joined Ronal, a company in the same sector undergoing a revitalization process. Since then, I have been working in Industrial Design and Marketing. Over the past 4 years, I have also taken on the coordination of a team responsible for industrial costing, acting as a liaison between the budget department and clients.My communication and leadership skills have allowed me to assume a guiding and training role for colleagues and clients. I have even been invited to participate in meetings to provide support during negotiation phases.One of my greatest professional achievements has been mastering all stages of product development, having a clear understanding of the creation, production, cost, and communication processes, with a market-oriented approach.I have a strong desire to improve my performance and productivity, and I consider methodologies, organization, rigor, consistency, discipline, and time management skills essential elements to achieve this goal.I use my creativity, pragmatism, critical and analytical skills to solve problems and overcome difficulties. Facing and resolving challenges is one of my greatest professional motivations.I have extensive experience with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks and Creo Parametrics, as well as 2D design with AutoCAD. Additionally, I have knowledge in rendering, graphic design, and I am a frequent user of collaborative software. I actively seek to explore new tools and systems to enhance my productivity, including more recently adopting artificial intelligence in my work.
