Experimental work mostly involving surface and sub-surface analysis techniques. E-beam/thermal evaporation for coatings and other related techniques. Electrical measurements (IV-CV curves) using a probe station. Experimental work in plasma exposure setups (RF, microwave,...), and their characterisation by RFAE and other type of measurements, as well as sensor development for process monitoring (F,T). Vacuum technology, including RGA measurements, cooling systems and cleanroom hands-on experience: sample manipulation and preparation (wafers), cleaning method (wet-chemistry, ion-bombardment), and plasma setups (including EUV radiation). Particularly, responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Helium Ion Microscopy (HIM), as a main technique for imaging, milling, cutting and patterning samples with nanometer resolution.
