I was employed in a contract position as an Endpoint management and imaging expert at this FTSE 100 Company. I provided support to the implementation teams in moving from Altiris 5.5 to v6. I also trained internal third line support staff in using the Altiris Client Management Suite.

I was employed in a contract position as a Client management and imaging expert at this fortune 500 pharmaceutical, supporting Altiris Client management suite. I was solely responsible for the distribution of patches in EMEA using Altiris Patch Management and the subsequent reporting to management. This role also involved documenting closely all actions in line with pharmaceutical best practices.

My role was initially desktop support; however I was selected to lead the company’s NT to XP migration in a year long project. Altiris was the toolset we decided to use for this and I designed and installed the Altiris environment. For the migration I created a zero touch migration using Altiris CMS, which included build, design, and automation as well as creating a standard universal ghost build. I project managed and completed XP rollout to 1500 clients under strict timelines with virtually no user disruption using Deployment Solution, PC Transplant and Altiris server policies.
