I have successfully deployed the solution and later I have sold it to a finance institution.● AstCall: Solution call center monitoring that uses Asterisk open source platform. It does a real time status of the call center, with its answered positions, queues, agents, calls received, etc. This specific module was done with AJAX (dwr library). For persistence I have used hibernate framework. I have also used XML for document integration with financial institutions.
