Security Supervisor Qualifications• Since February 2001, began with West tour at GSK then was trained on every post within Upper Merion campus. Trained on and operated Photo ID equipment plus conducted background checks at Certiphi since 2003. Made senior security officer in 2005. Also, a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) since 2004 with twice yearly training.• Defined security and department user requirements for an Emergency Contact Database (ECD) System with a project team using Oracle backend and Internet browser. Specified business and user enhancements to expand and revise the ECD System for additional sites and departments; implementing notes and team functionality in version 2. Latest version accessed by hundreds of users in UM, UP, RTP and UK campuses.• Presented ECD to security officers and supervisors during scheduled training sessions. Trained several department administrators and safety committee representatives in the use of ECD to list their contacts for equipment alarms. Ad hock training for other S/Os.• Currently participating in special projects including upgrade for access control system at UM, specification & testing of Auto-Generated Emails from Peoplesoft to Security for GSK New Hire and identifying US and UK Roll Call requirements needs for security and other departments from the existing HR backbone systems and a new user interface. • Completed 123 credits at Cornell University before being drafted. Supervised (including hiring, reviews and firing) between one and two dozen direct reports over a period of two decades in a complex technical environment for the design and implementation of information technology projects.
