In this key position I also managed external IT vendors and had direct contact with our internal department leaders and Executives.Key Achievements: Managed and delivered on time with minimal disruption the upgrade from Microsoft Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016. Managed and delivered a new Endpoint protection package to over 1000 endpoints company wide.  Managed, along with our Real Estate team, the relocation and buildout of 100 employees within the Corporate office. This included new wiring and physical relocation of computers as well as associated network changes to accommodate new VLans and switching requirements.  Instrumental in bringing in multiple tools to improve workflow and monitoring.
