I am working as an outsource Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Turk Telekom chatbot project.• Ensuring that demands and defects submitted by the Business Unit are developed and resolved by planning them in 2-week sprints• Preparing the risk analysis• Resolving forwarded defects and developing demands• Evaluating the demand by meeting with the development team as a result of the analysis made on the product that need to be developed• Designing service integrations and flows by working with different teams• Testing the product and feature after the development• Daily, refinement, planning and retrospective meetings throughout the sprint• Preparing monthly analytics reports to improve customer experience

Testing, analysis, reporting and metrics are within my scope. I took an active role in the projects called Üç2Bir and Yapbitakas within the company. I also took part in business management and sales strategy development.

Due to Covid-19, I had to complete my internship as doing a project in my university. In this project, thanks to the mobile application we developed, the videos received from the users were processed with facial expression identification system and deep learning models and emotion analysis was carried out. React Native was used to develop the mobile application, and Python-based software was used for the facial expression identification system. In addition, some data sets were created thanks to this system.
