CURRENT Fleet Maintenance Manager Artillery/Tracked Vehicles Missile and Fires Division (MFD)Provide responsive, reliable and uninterrupted Field Level Maintenance support to TRADOC training fleets/equipment - maximizing their readiness to meet the TRADOC training requirements. Serves as a single point of entry for AMC field maintenance of TRADOC Training Based Equipment which allows the TRADOC Commanders to focus on their primary mission, training.Provide “Dedicated” Field Level Maintenance Support to TRADOC equipment Artillery and tracked fleets as a “single service” provider. Maintain and manage fleet readiness. Provide timely “Reach Back” capability to LCMC commodity experts to minimize down-time and maximize readiness. Works with LCMC and DLA item managers to expedite class IX repair parts.Meet Equipment Availability for Training Requirements to support POI training requirements.Synchronizes the execution of maintenance and support functions; goal, provide 100% of equipment required for training, on time Manages equipment in training; goal, provide 100% availability to units Maintains equipment to DA standards Coordinates all maintenance operations/functions in support of training units. Tracks, monitors and determines systemic trends; recommends solutions and fixes for logistical issues. Works closely with the ACLC team at Fort Novosel to identify and solve Class IX long lead time repair parts issues. Executes property accountability responsibilities for assigned equipment.Facilitates and expedites the turn-around time for repair and return of critical training equipment.
