I lead the development of Shell Box, a 1million+ downloads app that offers in-app payment in Shell Gas Stations. I manage a team comprised of more than 20 people, among developers in several platforms (iOS, Android, backend, frontend), requirement analysts and quality analysts. Responsible for developing the main B2C portal of a large Telecom company, based in Vignette platform (Vignette Portal 7.2, Vignette Content Management and Vignette Dynamic Portal). This portal offers self-service functionality to Telecom customers, and serves about 1 million pageviews/day. Worked on scope, schedule and team management, as well as on the technical architecture design, addressing concerns like performance, scalability and availability. Coordinated the construction of a J2EE framework based on open-source tools to a Health insurance company in Argentina, which reduced the applications time-to-market in 30%.

Worked on analysis, design and build of a batch architecture, based on .Net platform to a large retail company, using RUP and UML.Worked on design and build of an enterprise portal to a large chemical company, using IBM Websphere Portal Server. Worked on the development of an eCommerce aplication based on J2EE platform used globally by that chemical company.
