I lead the development of Shell Box, a 1million+ downloads app that offers in-app payment in Shell Gas Stations. I manage a team comprised of more than 20 people, among developers in several platforms (iOS, Android, backend, frontend), requirement analysts and quality analysts. Together, we are responsible for the on-going maintenance/enhancement of the app as well as the implementation of new big features.I had the opportunity to work on this product since its beginning, so I was responsible for architecting and designing the end-to-end solution, from the communication with site systems to the integration with the payment provider, including the iOS and Android apps, the backend API and the backoffice system.
