I've enjoyed my time both in fast-paced external agency environments as well as high-volume internal corporate environments. I'm proud to be able to say that I have introduced people on multiple continents to their dream jobs. I joined YETI when there were 160 employees and helped to bring the organization to over 400 employees in Texas, Hawaii, Australia, etc. Before joining YETI, I built the Human Resources and Organizational Development foundation for Tile at their corporate headquarters in the Bay Area of California. Before accepting my contract at Tile, I brought Mindtree's Gainesville Delivery Center from 64 employees to 214 Mindtree Minds in Florida. I founded Green Fire Talent in early 2023 in order to give back to the industry as a whole. I'm committed to doing everything within my power in order to get the right people in the right positions within the right organizations. Just imagine how much passion will be behind what everyone builds for our next generation if everyone feels a sense of purpose and actually enjoys what they are doing for a living!
