I was brought on as a consultant to assist in the selection of a vendor of a POS project for all of the AMA's locations throughout the province. Based on the recommendation from the project's steering committee, I wrote a comprehensive report for the organization's board of directors that included high level cost and schedule estimates.

Managed a number of projects simultaneously; including the re-platforming of The Brick's eCommerce site on to ATG Commerce using over 80 global consultants, establishing a comprehensive Data Security Programme, revamping an enterprise-wide imaging solution, improving the processing of private-label credit card processing, etc.
