Roberta CUEL is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies and Human Resource Management at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Trento (Italy). Her research interests include the impact of digitalization on organizations and business models, intangible assets and knowledge, as well as on teams and communities. She teaches OB, HRM, Knowledge Management, and Information Systems. She is responsible for the European Master in Business Studies (EMBS), a joint degree program with the University of Annecy (France), the University of Kassel (Germany), and the University of Leon (Spain). She is also president of the Committee for Equal Opportunities, Well-being at Work, and Against Discriminations (CUG) at the University of Trento. She is the author of numerous publications on the topics of corporate knowledge management, digital transformation, the impact of technology on work, routines and practices, teams, and communities. She is part of the Inter-University Laboratory on the Changing Nature of Work working on the new forms of work flexible arrangements, gamification, and the interplay between improvisation, behaviors, and organizational changes.
