Responsible for optimisation and innovation within the supply chain processes of Coolblue. In more detail:- Implementing standardized 1 hour inbound time-slots.- Implementing fixed daily time-slots with top suppliers and carriers for +40% of daily quantities on inbound.- Setting up regular 3-monthly meetings with top suppliers and carriers to discuss KPI's and continuously improve supply chain performance.- Implementing web-based Inbound Planning Tool (IPT) with Coolblue development team to: -- Optimise supply chain flow from buying until receipt of products. -- Professionalise supplier contact and appointments. -- Create reference numbers per delivery and get data about the supplier performance.- Implementing Tableau dashboard with "Actionable Insights" concerning supply chain performance.- Setting up the delivery terms for suppliers such that the waste in the supply chain is removed and inbound capacity can be maximised.- Setting up replenishment stock strategy algorithms/rules to allow automation with our in-house restocking application.- Categorising stock in managed inventory and replenishment inventory and setting norms on these 2 types of stock.- Working together with all stakeholders to ensure supply chain improvements: Buyers, Stock planners, Inbound Planning, Inbound warehousing, Logistical engineers, Business Analysts, Development, Returns, Contracting, Finance, Legal etc. to ensure supply chain improvements.
