Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals, while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps. Conduct large group instruction and provide individual counseling on the job search process. Provide transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and who can conduct large group instruction and provide counseling on the job search process. Facilitate job search and process workshops with curriculum and activities created specifically for Spouses, Veterans, and Wounded Warriors. Mentor and assist in training of part-time Employment Facilitators new to the program to include a 90 day post-hire review.

Readied students for transformation from Air Force cadets to Air Force officers and prepared them for their new roles and responsibilities as leaders.Led weekly lunch/learn program with multi-service personnel focused on interviewing skills, resume building, credentialing, education, dress for success, and networking. 10-15 enlisted and officer personnel attended weekly for 5-week interactive and engaging seminar with community leaders. 3-year course helped hundreds transition into their next chapter, while connecting with civilian mentors.Oversaw administrative functions, organized and maintained schedule, managed team of, and effectively communicated with, 25-75 personnel in 4 geographically separated 24/7 work centers.
