Ultimate aim is to increase the amount of business with all the accounts. Conducting trails with different categories/products which are market friendly. Having excellent track record of improving relationships with vendors, increasing supply chain efficiency and reducing overall materials budget. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Working on LATEST FASHION TRENDS and getting the exclusive products developed which can attract more business in each and every sense right from price, quality and designs. PRICING: Working out the Competitive Selling Price of products keeping in view the profits and prices offered by other Brands.  PRODUCTION PLANNING & VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Evaluate product continuously from development through to production. Liaise between production factory and the buyer to ensure correct quality is produced with smooth functioning in all the areas. Obtain accurate factory profiles from the vendors and partner with Corporate Compliance to ensure vendor files are current. Maintaining good relation with suppliers and negotiate for getting better deals and sourcing new suppliers for future products. Develop new business opportunities with customers and analyzing customer buying patterns and predicting future trends. LEADERSHIP: A seasoned leader that can direct an organization in the visioning of a marketing strategy, development of an economic business case and execution of an aggressive approach to achieve the targets.
