430 Mobile is a dollar-startup based in Waterloo, Canada. I helped get it started over the first year, but had to extract myself to focus on matters closer to home. In addition to 430 Mobile, we also have spun out King of 1984 and Møbulz, which are also mobile-centric.

Founded the company as a one-man consulting firm, joined with Brian Lyons and Scott Powers in May of 1995, grew the company steadily and through revenue-only through 2000, at which time we hired Carmen Facciobene as a CEO. Ultimately sold the bulk of my interest as the company matured and presented an attractive target for private investors.

Created it, defined it, and grew it to be a respected boutique technology services firm based in the DC area with international identity and reach.
