Practiceville’s Guided Practice Simulations (GPS) help build team competence and confidence as Participants complete a series of challenging interactive simulations with very live stakeholders. During these simulations, Guides are tasked with providing real-time constructive and encouraging feedback. Following the completion of the GPS, Participants receive links to their simulation video recordings and instructions for maximizing the benefits of “game film” review.

In this interim role I worked to help RIFA executive leadership define the scope of work to fill a recent opening in marketing and create a newly funded role in development. In the role I helped to provide continuity for events, communications, and development strategy already in process. Additionally, I continue my continue my coaching work with RIFA's executive director and board of directors for strategy planning via The GPS - Growth & Possibility System. The mission at RIFA is to reach out with the love of Christ to provide physical and spiritual nourishment.

In this part-time role, my work at Momentum involved specific projects including work with the Mid-south Philanthropy Network and the Consultant Resource Directory. Serving as the primary contact for workshop facilitators, I managed contracts and digital records for these relationships. My work also included monitoring and posting to social media. Additionally, I plugged into speaking and facilitating in the Nonprofit Academy as well as Community Conversations. Additionally, during my time at Momentum, I was a Standards for Excellence Institute licensed consultant.Momentum Nonprofit Partners builds the momentum for the nonprofit sector to create equitable, measurable, and lasting change.

After creating 70+ episodes in three seasons spanning 2012 to 2021, we have ended production on Working Gratitude as a podcast. Odonata Coaching and Consulting will always bring gratitude into the workplace via our work with individuals and organizations. For now we have transferred the name and domain name to a trusted colleague who is very active the gratitude at work conversation. The podcast launched back in 2012 (when you still had to download an listen on a specific device!) to stimulate dialogue and conversation about research based best practices of gratitude in the workplace and ways that gratefulness is expressed via involvement, community impact and giving. These brief interviews with successful leaders from a variety of professional environments will encourage and inspire you and give you ideas about how you can start “Working Gratitude.

As a Sr. Philanthropic Advisor in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was a personal representative for St. Jude major gift donors. I provided the latest information about research and patient care and shared ways for donors to make meaningful gifts to support the hospital’s greatest needs. I met with donors to provide confidential assistance as they planned a gift, while also helping to meet families' financial goals and legacy philanthropic goals. My successes at ALSAC/St. Jude included: significantly exceeding revenue goals; over $6.5 million; personal visit goals, over 10% above goal; exceeding expectations for work aligned with organizational culture pillars; fostered an enterprise wide collaborative work environment; lead strategic innovation initiatives; and lead diversity and inclusion transformation from as an individual contributor who worked remotely. Additionally, I provided informal mentoring and coaching for peers and colleagues as well as leaders in transition.
