Current• Lead and execute HR initiatives that align with the business vision and goals• Foster a culture of trust and collaboration between management and employees, and resolve any conflicts or concerns• Oversee the entire talent acquisition and retention process, from sourcing to hiring to onboarding• Empower and inspire employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to the organizational success• Design and implement effective HR policies, practices, and systems that support the strategic objectives and values of the organization• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction• Manage and improve a performance management system that encourages high performance and feedback• Administer a competitive and equitable compensation and benefits plan that attracts and retains talent• Identify and address the learning and development needs of the employees and the organization, and provide relevant and impactful training programs• Communicate and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations through HR analytics• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding human resource management
