I participated in the decision-making concerning the strategic goals of the Photographic Research Organization. I headed the organization's rebranding effort in beginning in 2011. The rebranding included a new visual identity for ProMaster photographic products and a unified approach to the package designs of thousands of products. We updated service and warranty policies for ProMaster products. The organization made a commitment to improving the reliability and usability of its products. We attacked every touch point. PRO to its members, PRO to its suppliers and factory contacts and PRO to the end user.
