I am a senior Honors student and Prodesse Scholar at the Miami University Farmer School of Business double majoring in Finance and Economics, with a minor in Computer Science. This upcoming summer I will be at West Monroe as a Consulting Intern with the M&A practice in New York. I've been on Miami University's President's List the last four semesters. Through my coursework at Farmer I have developed my skills in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel and Access, and JMP. I have also grown my proficiency in micro and macroeconomics, financial accounting, and statistical analysis. In the Asset Management and Investment Banking Clubs I am growing my finance skills, learning about careers in finance, and completing case competitions and mock interviews. I recently became president of the Asset Management Club.Summer 2022 I interned at First Manhattan Company, a private wealth management firm with $20 billion assets under management and a long-term, value focus, giving me direct exposure to calls with sell side analysts and management teams. I compiled quantitative and qualitative information into comprehensive investment reports on multiple micro-cap companies for the firm’s CEO. I also assisted with client outreach and reviewed marketing materials for First Manhattan's Greenleaf micro-cap equity fund. First Manhattan portfolio managers taught me key concepts in investing with a business owner’s perspective and analyzing industry dynamics. The experience was an invaluable introduction to the business world and reinforced my research and financial skills.In my free time I enjoy playing club tennis and learning the game of golf. I also make time to paint landscapes using acrylics and watercolors. I hope to work in the New York City area and look forward to connecting with you.
